Hi! I'm a biologist and computer scientist interested in applying machine learning to regulatory genomics and systems biology. I recently completed an M.S. in Computer Science (AI specialization) and a B.S. in Computational Biology at Stanford, where my work included deep learning models of transcriptional regulation and co-authoring a Nature publication on transcriptional effector domains.
My broader interests span functional genomics, ML methods for biological data, and translational applications in neurobiology and disease contexts.
